Dr. Sandra Burns Randolph, is the daughter of the late Deacon Alfred and Deaconess Louise I. Burns, who was educated in the public schools of Brunswick County, North Carolina, and fur-thered her education by attending Fayetteville State University, Fayetteville, North Carolina, Miller-Motte Business College, Wilmington, North Carolina, Florida Theological College, Fayetteville, North Carolina (satellite campus), Bread of Life In-stitute, Whiteville, North Carolina and Wilmington, North Caro-lina. Dr. Randolph has a Doctorate in Divinity, Doctorate in Min-istry and a Doctorate in Theology and currently is the Dean of School at the Bread of Life Institute, Wilmington, North Carolina campus. Dr. Randolph is married to Dr. Ricky Henry Randolph. To-gether they serve as Apostles with five churches under their lead-ership, with Uplifting Faith Ministries, Inc. being the headquar-ters, located in Wilmington, North Carolina.
