The message being put across is that, in order to move towards safer and sustainable national development, development projects should be sensitive towards disaster mitigation.

Dr. Dhupper is Ph.D in Environmental Sciences from Banasthali Vidyapith, Jaipur, and M.Sc. in Environmental Science with first class from Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar. She has over 8 years of experience of teaching at the undergraduate and post- graduate levels in environmental Science.
