This study deals with the levels of knowledge about disaster situations in a group of students of the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Havana. A non-experimental descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out with the aim of identifying the levels of knowledge about disaster situations, as well as identifying the main disaster situations experienced by them, identifying the main sources of information through which they have acquired knowledge and the main psychological consequences triggered by these events. Two questionnaires and a structured individual interview were applied.
