The present book is a compilation of 20 research articles published between the years 2005 to 2017 in different national and international leading journals and presented collectively here under the general title, Pragmatics & Language Teaching for interested readership. The articles have explored themes related to the above-mentioned areas of study within the Iranian context, and the findings have been weighed against those of similar research in other countries wherein second language acquisition investigation is of paramount importance. The book actually combines serious research findings on a variety of topics, derived from M.A. theses and Ph.D. dissertations.
