Depending on political discourse, the politicians try to win the favorite response from the audience. The author got B.Sc. in French language in 1992, B.Sc. in English Language and Literature in 2008 and Ph.D. in English Language and Literature in 2018. He works as Instructor at University of Anbar and in many private colleges. He has written more than twelve papers (most of them dealing with political issues).
