The author, Master Instructor Brett D. Hill, began his studies in Korean Martial Arts at the young age of five years old and has spent over 44 years of his life training in the Martial Arts. He has been awarded for his contributions to TKD development as an Art, served with and trained Law Enforcement Officers, and taught countless specialized courses in Women's Self-Defense and Home Invasion Protection. He has also coached many of his students and friends in the amazing health benefits he has experienced during his training. Beyond teaching, Hill has taken 1st place in many Olympic-style and Open-Style competitions validating his life's work and experience. Now, he has made his life's experience available to you.
