Interconnection between the fine structures in particle masses and nuclear data was established with the analysis of data contained in Particle Data Group and CODATA compilations and nuclear data compilations. In this work, a simultaneous development of the Standard Model suggested by Y. Nambu (from particle masses) and the analysis of common fine structure effects in nuclear data (important for applications) are considered systematically for a broad range of light and near-magic nuclei.
