Discussion on Democracy as a mentality of progress against and for Balkanization in the Democratic Republic of Congo is feasible when one makes good use of it, that is to say democracy and governing at the service of the people. It is in the same democracy that can cause Balkanization as a result of bad governance accentuates the misery of people.The Congolese political experience clearly shows that it is difficult to balkanize the Democratic Republic of Congo, due to mentalities or traditional values advocated by the great leaders, notables of the country after their passages in the exercise of the power. If it is difficult to balkanize the DRC, it is not synonymous with the impossibility of balkanizing it, hence the country and its leaders are obliged to pull themselves together, to re-awaken their people's awareness and to equip them with this theory of balkanization and to see where the weaknesses of the ruler are in order to improve his management, to block the road to all attempts or projects of balkanization of the common heritage.
