Dr. Teodoro A. Macaraeg Jr. is a graduate of Computer Engineering at PUP. He finished his Masteral and Doctor of Public Administration at the University of Caloocan City where he is the Head of the Computer Studies at the Director of MIS. He is working on his dissertation for the degree in Doctor in Information Technology at the AMA University.
