B.1984. The author is M.com.,LLB from Himachal Pradesh University at Shimla,India & further completed his LLM(Master of Law) from kurukshetra university. He has qualified SELT(M.COM.)& further qualified National Eligibility Test(Law)in the year 2011. At present he is practicing in the High Court of Himachal Pradesh,at Shimla,H.P. India.
