The purpose of this book is to analyze the procedure for the authorization of dismissal, transfer or modification of the working conditions, provided for in the Organic Law of Labor, Workers and Women Workers, being a documentary type research and descriptive level, studying the different aspects that constitute the development of this procedure, filed by the employer before the corresponding Labor Inspectorate, contributing to the legal knowledge to ensure the right to defense of the accused worker and the plaintiff employer. This research is justified because it intends to contribute, based on a review of the labor and procedural legislation, in order to contribute to the due process. This study was carried out by systematically compiling the legal doctrine, in order to serve as a contribution for professionals and jurists when filing the referred procedure. Said procedure seeks to protect the workers vested by the union privilege and labor immovability, against an unjustified dismissal, transfer or modification of working conditions by the employer.
Autorenporträt
Adriana del Pilar Pérez Ferrer is MSc. in Cs. Criminal and Criminological, lawyer, with a Diploma in Teaching for Higher Education (LUZ) and Esp. in Law. Labor and Social Security (URU). She was a substitute Criminal Judge and Assistant Prosecutor of the Public Ministry, professor, research assistant, co-author and labor executive officer.
