There was need to recruit more staff to meet the ever increasing demand for legal services.There is need to train court clerks properly.The judiciary should have an independent budget to enable it meet its financial obligations and the government must consider increasing budgetary allocation to all agencies of Criminal Justice system (Police,Prison,Court and Probation and aftercare department).There was need to have public education on the rights of the citizens in solving their dispute through the court process
