With the progression of time it has become the crucial need to invent more comprehensive drug to meet the challenge of overcoming critical and newly known diseases. Most of the newly discovered chemical entities, in spite of high therapeutic activity, have low aqueous solubility and poor bioavailability, leading to poor absorption in the gastrointestinal tracts. But in case of these newly invented drug molecules as well as existing drug products, oral bioavailability and solubility are still obstacles in formulation development. Therefore, the objective of the study was to develop solid dispersion by different methods especially Fusion & Kneading technique and investigate them for in vitro performance for enhancing dissolution and bioavailability respectively, because solubility and dissolution rate are the key determinants of oral bioavailability.
