He has worked as a consultant for various companies and provided tech support for many startups in Atlanta. He is presently the Executive Director of Outreach Systems and offers consultation services for organizations, assisting in growth and development planning. He served for many years in youth ministry and is a leader in men's outreach. As a speaker and thought leader, he has had the opportunity to speak at many conferences and meetings around the world. His time of service as a member of the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis has given him the experience and skills to work personally with leaders and people in top positions in other countries. Roy is the author of Mission Vision Passion, a book about leadership lessons focused on the book of Nehemiah. He has shared these lessons with many individuals and groups.
