Nishanbaev Tuigun (1946-2021) L'auteur a travaillé à l'Université des technologies de l'information de Tachkent, qui porte le nom de Muhammad Al-Khorazmiy, en tant que professeur du département "Réseaux et systèmes de transmission de données". Matkurbanov Tulkin Alimboyevich Matkurbanov est né le 6 juin 1990 dans la région de Khorezm. Depuis 2016, il travaille en tant que maître de conférences au département "Ingénierie des télécommunications".
