Dr.Akbar AliPhD, M.Phil, M.A (Medalla de Oro) en Administración PúblicaEl Dr. Akbar Ali es Profesor Adjunto de Administración Pública en VMOU, Kota. Obtuvo el doctorado en administración pública de la Universidad de Rajastán, Jaipur, en el año 2008 y se le concedió una beca departamental para realizar su doctorado. Se le concedió el título de UGC NET en 2007 .
