About the authors Dr Dalip Kumar, M.Sc, Ph.D, LL.B.( Panjab University ) is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Zoology , PG Govt. College for Girls, Sector-42, Chandigarh affiliated to Panjab University . He has 26 years of teaching experience. He has served as Dean in the Faculty of Dairying, Animal Husbandry & Agriculture.
