Dr. Myint Sandar Win wurde im September 1974 geboren. Sie schloss ursprünglich mit einem B.Sc. (Hons) ab und erwarb dann einen M.Sc. in Parasitologie auf der Grundlage von Zoologie. Sie promovierte 2010 an der Universität von Yangon. Sie arbeitet im Fachbereich Zoologie als Dozentin an der Universität von Yangon. Ihr besonderes Interesse gilt der Ornithologie.
