Wilkister Were holds a Masters in Gender and Development Studies degree from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelors degree in Counselling /Psychology a Diploma in Education certificate and Certificate in Skillful Parenting. She lectures on part-time basis at Egerton University.She is pursuing a PhD in Development Studies.
