DNA computers are computing models which use DNA and biochemical reactions to perform computation instead of the traditional silicon-based computer technologies. In recent years great advance in Bio-computing have been made in the DNA computing and these technologies have allowed the construction of computational DNA models. In this research study, a novel approach for the Medical Image Matching technique in DNA computing based on the DNA Modeling method is proposed. The method is based on the linear mapping and the one-to-one correspondences between point features extracted from the images and calculating similarities in pixel values. However, every pixel value is translated into a unique string of four letters A, C, G and T. The comparison between two virtual DNA sequences can show the differences between two virtual DNA sequences. This system has constructed on DNA-based PC.
