Dr. Peggy Mitchell Clarke specializes in clinical psychology, personal transformation, and behavior change. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brown University, and her M.Ed. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Virginia, and is an ordained minister. Dr. Peg is a former psychology professor who retired after teaching almost 20 years at colleges and universities in Virginia and Colorado. She has also worked as a psychotherapist in a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. An active mental health advocate, Dr. Peg has served on the state board of the Colorado chapter of the National Association on Mental Illness (NAMI) and as the Secretary of both the Virginia and the Rocky Mountain chapters of the Association of Black Psychologists. Dr. Peg has built a multimedia platform that includes radio, television, and publishing. She was the host and co-producer of the TV talk show, Perspectives that aired for 5 years on local cable television and spent 4 years as a panelist on Denver's 9News "Ask the Experts."
