Charlie Gladstone is a creative entrepreneur with a particular interest in people. He is a retailer, festival owner, farmer, author, publican, restauranteur, podcast host, Christmas Tree grower, property developer, charity chairman and enthusiast. His businesses employ around 100 people and include The Good Life Experience festival, the Hawarden Estate farm shops in north Wales and Glen Dye Cabins and Cottages in Scotland. With his wife Caroline, he wrote The Family Guide to the Great Outdoors (Random House/Square Peg). He hosts The Mavericks Podcast. He has been married to Caroline for over 30 years and together they have six adult children.
