Based in Washington, D.C., she is managing partner and diversity chair of the largest woman-owned executive search firm, Diversified Search Ray & Berndtson. As an entrepreneur, Edie built the Public Affairs Group, and founded Diversity Best Practices (DBP). She has published numerous books and publications, given hundreds of speeches, and designed the CEO Diversity Leadership program.
