Dolly Duitt is a procrastinator-but not intentionally. She simply forgets she has begun one task and is distracted and moves to another, making completion of any of these tasks ''improbable.'' She forgets to pay her bills, water her plants, and take her dog, Flossie, out for a walk. She becomes frustrated at the results and sets out to help herself with a very positive outcome. Dolly, like all of us at some point, realizes the important things in life that need to be taken care of right away. She discovers a quick and easy way to be able to remember all of these important things-and we can do it, too!…mehr

Dr . Pamela Lewin, M.D., D.P.H., F.A.A.F.P. Dr Pamela Lewin is a Family Physician, a Wellness Consultant, and an altruistic lover of music and poetry. A native of Jamaica, she stays in touch with her homeland and has served as a member of a Medical/Dental Team that traveled there annually on Mission Trips, for 26 years. Having been a Family Practitioner for over 50 years, for 21 of which she was Board Certified in Family Practice, and when most of her colleagues have retired, Dr. Lewin embarked on a new career as Co-Founder and Medical Director of a Neighborhood clinic for the residents of Tucker Hill, a medically- underserved neighborhood in Northwest Ocala, Florida, called The Estella Byrd Whitman Wellness & Community Resource Center. Co-Founders are the late Arthur Adams, and Carolyn Adams, for whose grandmother the clinic is named. She has sponsored children from World Vision in India and currently sponsors a child through Watoto in Uganda and supported many other philanthropic organizations. Her passion for being a Servant-Leader has given her opportunities to improve the lives of others, for which she has received many accolades. She is a mother of 2 and grandmother of 6 and resides in Ocala with her husband, Dr. Arthur C 'Paul' Marsh, a retired physician. She sings in the choir of her church and is a published author of 2 books: a book of her poetry, "My Life- An Inspired Journey," and this Children's book: "Through it all,' she quotes the song, 'I've learned to trust in Jesus." Her latest venture takes her into the realm of Healthy Aging and Regeneration, using the body's own capacity to heal itself, using Light Therapy patches. With her newly discovered passion for pickleball, she is a good proponent of the phrase: "What I want to be when I get older, is...younger!"
