The cat(Felis silvestris lybica) has been around since the beginning of human civilization. Its adaptability and independent behavior have gained preference today. This work is a compilation of studies on feline containment and management techniques indicated by Cat Friendly Practice, which seek to improve the quality and tranquillity of patient care. Through the behavior of cats, it can be considered that body and facial postures, as well as physiological parameters, are indicative of anxiety and fear and come from various factors and experiences that cats are exposed to.
