Dr Muhammed Mustapha Akanbi, LLB, LLM, Ph.D (KCL, London), ACIarb, is a Senior lecturer in the Department of Business Law, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria. He is also legal practitioner and an expert in ADR and Arbitration law and practice. His major research areas are ADR and arbitration laws, corporate management,law and practice.
