Domestic life is one of the spheres of social life, which includes the conditions and way of everyday life, the totality of satisfaction of material and spiritual needs, as well as various customs, traditions and norms of human life. Regarding the concept of domestic crimes, it seems to us that the attribute characterizing domestic crimes is the domestic relations of the perpetrator and the victim (marital, kinship, neighborly, friendly). Crimes in the sphere of domestic relations are socially dangerous, guilty, unlawful acts committed by persons who are in special legal or social ties. Based on various criteria, we believe that the characteristic features of a domestic crime are: 1.Committing a crime in the non-productive sphere. 2.Motivation of a criminal act on domestic grounds. 3.Presence of kinship or social role relations between the criminal and the victim. 4.Personally violent orientation. Murder committed in the sphere of domestic relations is a socially dangerous, guilty and illegal deprivation of life of another person by violence, committed by a person who is in special social or legal ties.
