RANDAL W. SUMMERS is an adjunct professor in the Business Administration Program at the University of Phoenix, Northern California campus. He is a general partner and executive director in the consulting firm of Summers & Associates. He has been a director and manager in the semi-conductor and computer software industry, in government, healthcare and fortune 100 companies specializing in organizational development, leadership development and human resources consulting.
