Domingo Esguerra Plata (28 March 1875-1965) was a Colombian lawyer and career diplomat. He served as Colombian Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1947 to 1948 during the administration of President Mariano Ospina Pérez, and was the 1st Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary of Colombia to Japan, the 1st Ambassador of Colombia to Brazil, and the 2nd Ambassador of Colombia to the United Kingdom as well as serving as Ambassador of Colombia to Argentina in a Special Diplomatic Mission, as well as other positions in the diplomatic corps.
