Discover 17 essential secrets of what it is really like to become a missionary! I stood there in the bookstore saying to myself "God, please don't make me become a missionary!" I've read plenty of books on the topic and none of them were nearly as insightful as sitting down with someone who has actually been there, and asking them the hard questions. Did you face hardship? I tell plenty of stories in this book. For some, the stories about my journey to becoming a missionary will b
Autorenporträt
Chad Owens lives in Papua New Guinea with his wife Kendal and two children, Calvin and Sydney. They moved to Papua New Guinea in 2007 and have lived there since. In 2004 God put the call on his heart to move to Papua New Guinea and he simply didn't want to leave his comfortable life in the Silicon Valley, CA. Along the way, while others were looking around thinking 'this is great, I'm finally becoming a missionary' Chad looked with different eyes. He and his family now call Papua New Guinea home, but it wasn't always that way.
