Let's suppose you're not always as happy as you would like to be; that you tend to 'worry' a lot; that your 'self-esteem' goes up and down like a yo-yo, and mostly DOWN; that you second-guess yourself, feel guilty for some of the things you've done, maybe even ASHAMED of yourself; that you feel 'less worthy' than other people. Or perhaps that you get angry a lot, fight with those around you, spend time muttering about how DIFFICULT they are and how UNFAIR it is and WHY CAN'T THEY CHANGE? And you can think of all the other things that spoil your day, and I suppose if you choose to you can feel the weight of all those burdens and just GIVE UP, stop reading this, not even BOTHER to wonder why I took the trouble to point all this out to you.
