Cristina Bellemo is an Italian journalist and author of children's books. She is the recipient of numerous children's literature awards, including an Andersen Prize in 2009. Mariachiara Di Giorgio is an Italian illustrator. Her work has been exhibited at the Bologna Children's Book Fair and at the Society of Illustrators in New York.
