Forensic practice is an increasingly relevant specialisation of psychology in our country. Many people think that the world of work and the world of psychology have very little to do with each other, however, history shows us that both are closely related. Taking into account the large number of people who are affected day by day in their working environment, the consequences for their emotional stability and development, as well as the social and personal repercussions of reports in the workplace, we took on the challenge of producing this work. This work is one of the first instruments oriented towards these characteristics and has been the result of the compilation of the work, interest and commitment of a group of professionals with extensive and accredited experience in the field of the world of work and expert practice. It is hoped that this guide of good practices will become a useful reference for many professionals and citizens, which will undoubtedly have to be improvedin future editions.
