Autorenporträt
The author of this book is a teacher at the National Pedagogical University in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He has practised and coached several disciplines, including football, handball, volleyball, wrestling, aikido and capoeira. He is currently Chairman of the Congo Council of Physical Educators.
