Within the scope of his "bright vision for a better future for African youths", the Author, Gaston Essengue explores, researches and discusses on why sports particularly basketball should be promoted and considered as a major means through which human welfare and socio-economic empowerment for Africa can be realized? "Dream in motion" is a research piece, which discusses the importance of sports particularly basketball in; youth empowerment, nation building and socio-economic stability.
