These specific things lead the story into various situations and complex escapades. The story being in a loop states the ambiance of Arthur and his answers to the circumstances he is lingered in. Undoubtedly, there are possible ways to solve a question, and that's what Arthur does. Arthur, starting from a normal day-to-day life to hell, then resuscitating back a measly duration of time makes the story knotty and paucity of stoicism.
