Autorenporträt
Originally from Toronto, Canada, E. Louise Jaques has set her four novels on Amelia Island, FL where she lives with her husband Mike. Her travels through Tuscany and Sicily-and her enjoyment of Italian food-are highlighted in Her Tuscan Sister. When COVID-19 occurred, she decided to incorporate the pandemic into the novel and set the story in a time when the world was getting back to normal. Their recent driving tour of Sicily was the inspiration for the Sicilian section of Her Tuscan Sister. Tuscany is one of their favorite places to travel-other than their trips to California to see their beautiful grandsons.
