The monograph discusses the issue of increasing productivity and quality when drilling holes in polymer composite materials. The systematization of holes has been carried out, promising methods of drilling with changing cutting conditions have been developed and introduced into production during the plunge and entry of the drill, as well as a method for crushing the coming off chips and removing it and the cutting zone. A mathematical model of the influence of modes and methods of drilling on the accuracy and quality of holes has been obtained. The algorithm of the proposed methods of drilling for machine tools with programmed control is compiled. A method has been developed for determining the degree of hole loosening after drilling a PCM.
