Kendra Peterson is the founder and owner of Drizzle Kitchen, a private-chef company with a national following. She and her team provide customized meals, specialized cooking classes, doctor directed nutritional consulting and boutique catering to their long-time customers. Drizzle Kitchen's food philosophy of "Happy Foods Alchemy" is simple yet powerful: create freshly prepared, nutritionally dense, and allergy friendly foods that do not compromise on eating pleasure, flavor and taste. Chef Kendra works closely with some of the most prominent families in Chicago. She is also sought after for her expertise in helping families, individuals, actors and athletes to navigate food allergies and health issues. With a degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Miami University of Ohio, Kendra continues to stay current with food research, and she brings culinary and nutrition innovation to her business. She is also regularly featured on the television show Living Healthy Chicago, a board member of the Chicago Food and Nutrition Network, an ambassador for the innovative food allergy app, Spokin, and she is the consulting chef for Enjoy Life Foods Kendra's passion began as a young girl, with her mom, in the kitchen. Today, she is recognized in her field for the clarity of her goal: show people delicious food can and should be a part of everyone's world, regardless of allergy, health or knowledge based challenges. Chef Kendra brings joy and fun back to the kitchen, removing the element of stress and anxiety so often associated with food challenges.
