Crispin Kabeya Kipana, prêtre congolais, licencié et docteur en droit canonique de l`Université pontificale de Salamanca (Espagne), détient un triple Master en droit international, en droits humains et en Relations internationales de l¿Institut européen Campus Stellae de Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña ¿España). Il exerce son ministère sacerdotal à l¿Archidiocèse d¿Oviedo ¿Asturias (España) et est professeur visiteur à l¿Université Catholique du Grand Bandundu (Rép.Dém. Congo).
