Autorenporträt
Dr Roger Peberdy, originally from Leicester, and his wife Helen, from Shropshire, have lived in Droitwich since 1966. Roger spent over thirty years as a local GP, prescribing the full range of brine spa treatments, and can thus now claim to be the last 'brine doctor' living in Droitwich.Helen Peberdy is a mother of four and qualified swimming teacher, and shares a keen interest in local history with her husband.Paul Jones received his first camera as a gift at the age of eight, and has since taken thousands of photographs of Droitwich Spa and its surrounding villages and churches. He received his LRPS certificate in 2006. A keen local historian, Paul's articles have been printed by the Droitwich Historical and Archaeological Society. His previous books include St Peter's Church Droitwich and The Oddingley Murders - a Photographic Tour.
