La Dra. Ugochukwu Ifeyinwa Offor es profesora titular del departamento de Fundamentos de la Educación de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad Nnamdi Azikiwe de Awka (Nigeria). Estudió en la Universidad de Nigeria, Nsukka, donde obtuve la licenciatura (B.Sc Ed) en 2002, el máster (M.Ed) en 2008 y el doctorado (Ph.D) en 2015.
