Therefore the purpose of our study is to define the negative drug-drug interactions in order to avoid them, and to introduce some of the positive combinations of drugs which were already tested in human to improve the outcome of patient's survival, mainly in cancer as an example to resolve such complicated issue hopefully in other type of diseases where combination therapy might be useful such as in uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes. Finally a survey will be performed in a recognized old house in which we will check several factors which may influence mortality such as having several drugs and we will provide old people with anti-aging therapy information and the best diet and a program to change their lifestyle .
