Marcelo Barbosa Vianna Shad is a lawyer, with a Master's degree in Teaching in Health and Environmental Science from UniFOA, and a lato sensu postgraduate degree in Public and Private Law from the Higher Institute of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the State of Rio de Janeiro. Member of the Human Rights Commission of the OAB - 5th sub-section-RJ. Author of several legal articles.
