He is a retired Royal Mail Letters Manager. He was motivated to write Drumming and Dancing to Doom by the arrival of cultural groups from South and West African to England in the 1970s. Paul's education includes: Speech and Drama, London Guildhall School of Music and Drama; Acting, City Literary Institute, London; BA (Hons) in Social Science, Polytechnic of Central London, (1986); Masters in Manpower Studies, University of Central London, (1992). Thanks to Royal Mail London South West Mechanised Office, which made it possible for Paul to undertake his BA course and paid more than half of his fees. Paul is currently writing his next novel.
