Duke and I looked forward to the dawn of every morning! Experiencing life outdoors and especially in the mountains always provided Duke and I with lots of opportunities to go exploring. We could be found outside exploring pretty much from sunrise to sunset. Duke and I loved season changes and everything it had to offer. Well, for Duke, almost everything! Duke wasn't a big fan of Halloween. Duke would become a little anxious when he began seeing kids walking around all dressed up in Halloween costumes. Halloween night just wasn't his favorite! I have now published two more books: Sledding, Duke Style and Run Duke, Run! Duke's Halloween Jitters will be the fourth book.My journey has been so rewarding and so much fun! I have had the pleasure of numerous book signings in multiple venues, attending bazaar events, classroom school visitations, as well as being a keynote speaker at a regional school event!
