A seasoned traveler, writer, educator, and chef, Paul Kennedy is passionate about experiencing and understanding diverse cultures. In 2018, with a backpack and some inspiration, Paul cashed in his proverbial chips and took off to see the world. The inspiration clearly worked because he never returned. His journey of uncertainty found it's purpose of exploring what the world has to offer only to develop a deep appreciation for the transformative power of travel.Educated at East Carolina University, and Johnson and Wales University, Paul left Park Slope, Brooklyn to travel extensively, and currently resides in Vietnam with his partner. He has family in the United States but feels a greater sense of purpose exploring the world and immersing himself in new environments.In addition to writing, cooking, and traveling, Paul is passionate about teaching and volunteers his time to help others learn and grow. He sees teaching as a two-way exchange, where he can impart knowledge and gain insights from his students.Ultimately, Paul's goal is to inspire people to venture out of their comfort zones, try new foods, explore new places, and connect with people from different backgrounds. He believes that by doing so, individuals can broaden their understanding of the world and create a more compassionate and empathetic society.
