Dr. Phil holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Cornerstone University. He possesses certificates in leadership and communication from Advanced Fuqua International School of Christian Communication and Robert Schuller School for Preaching. He has completed Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE), earned his MABS from Dallas Theological Seminary, a BS in Pastoral Ministry from Taylor University, Fort Wayne Campus and is a USAF veteran. Philip and his wife, Lynette, have four daughters. Together, they have lived and ministered in Florida, California, Hawaii, Alaska, Colorado, Texas, Missouri, North Carolina, and Ohio.
