Essentially applying the analysis and synthesis from the state of the art, the authors propose an approach to the theoretical framework in which most of the works related to Dynamic Geometry are currently developed, and specifically those that to some extent assume the Dynamic Approach to teaching as an object of study. In chapter II, the objective is focused on showing to those interested in the subject, a set of typical constructions of Descriptive Geometry, that seen from GeoGebra we have called Tools, applied then, in chapter III, in the tracing of the "data figures", and its solution, from a selection of basic algorithmic procedures of Descriptive Geometry, that are usually present in the works of different authors, but that until today we have not seen solved using the graphical possibilities of GeoGebra. Finally, in chapter IV, a critical presentation is made, where the intersections between elementary geometric bodies are linked to the real possibilities of the most recent versions of GeoGebra.
