Dynamic Tandem Hypnotherapy (DTH) was developed by the authors. The word tandem has two meanings: (1) a bicycle with two seats; (2) a mosaic word for Touching Ancient & New Descendants Experiencing Mutuality (TANDEM). It refers such situation, in which two people cooperate in a concerted and mutual way with one¿s leadership of them. In the setting of DTH two or more people, meanwhile touching each other, and mutually attuning each other¿s experiences, get into hypnosis created by a professional¿s communication, who touches neither of them, except in some well-defined situations. Touch is viewed as a delicate element of this method by means of that the client is able to re-live bodily and psychic dynamics of important episodes of ontogeny from conception to the present so that traumas and deficits suffered are to be resolved. Consequently negative messages originating from traumas, mostly transmitted transgenerationally can be treated by DTH. The hypothesis is illustrated by several case-vignettes. The DTH cannot be viewed as a stand-alone method, it is useful for inducing emotional dynamics of stopped individual or group therapies.
